When I swallow something I heard a strange crick sound in my ears how can it be cured? - swallow strange

This is a common symptom of colds.

All you can really do is wait it out or take an aspirin.

You can try a decongestant. Everything is connected and it seems that it could be sinus pressure.

It is the sound of the Eustachian tube (steps between the neck and ear canal) opening and closing. The MI is a tube. Best Relief is a decongestant. About ETD below.
